Refund / Cancellation Policy For Events & VIP Card Purchases
After January 1st 2011, refund for the following purchases will not be honored if cancelled or if you fail to show at the day of the events:
- All VIP Cards
- All Event Packages
- Grown n Sexy All White R&B and Jazz Dinner Concert
- Queens Of Comedy Event
- Yacht Cruise

Refund / Cancellation Policy For The Following Payments

After January 1st 2011, refund for the following purchases will not be valid if cancelled
- Shuttle Passes
- Parking Passes
- Program Advertisment
- Sponsorships

About your hotel room deposit:
As you know, at the time of booking you were required to pay a non-refundable deposit equal to the cost of your first night stay at the hotel. If you cancel or fail to show-up (no-show) on the date that you gave us when you made the reservation, your deposit will be lost. Any amount paid beyond the required deposit will be returned to you with-in two weeks of cancellation.

There is a Three nights minimum to stay at all sizzle hotels when you book your room and/or after you have checked-in the week of the event.

Room Transferability:
Your room is non-transferable after booking
